This photo was taken 3/18/2023 during upgrades for Dish and T-Mobile. (Identification thanks to reddit discussion).
On 2023-03-08, the bell tower was open. It looks like new Dish on top and old equipment on bottom. The color is off because it was taken at night.
These are photos that were taken March 3, 2023. The signs in one photo mention Rangewood and Dublin, but those are not the closest crossroads. There is cell equipment in the bell tower too.
