Deleted cell history:
Mid-Late 2016 (first seen 20/09/2016) - Band 3 enabled.
Late 2019 (first seen 20/10/2019) - Band 40 (carrier 1, EARFCN 39250) enabled.
Mid 2021 (first seen 25/06/2021) - Bands 3 (124 only) and 40 split off onto second eNB.
Note: I think 114 and 134 are still broadcasting on the original eNB? Maybe when this gets upgraded, these will get migrated onto the second eNB. No clue why these are still on the original one.
