Based on looking at CC's map at [https://www.crowncastle.com/infrastructure-solutions/?level=17¢er=-119.75659,36.79523 this page] I sussed out that the first one has permits filed under a different address, running the unique address showed that marcoz_08 was probably right about the T-Mobile location, and that the 2nd or 3rd is either Sprint/ATT. I think the 2nd one is Sprint and the 3rd one with the pretty housing is AT&T, not 100% though.
