243117 and 243118 are a Matsing lens antenna site located on St. Joseph Hospital in St. Charles, Missouri, where 243028 is also located.  243117 and 243118 combined fill in what would otherwise be the south-southeast sector of 243028 as that site has only ever transmitted two sectors, one to the northeast and one to the west. Three sectors transmit in a generally eastward direction on 243117 and three more sectors transmit in a generally southward direction on 243118. The Matsing lens is flanked on both sides by n77 antennas, with one pair of n77 antennas oriented in the general direction where eNB 243117 can be received and the other in the general direction where 243118 can be received.
