Original application for this mast was made with Three, but the latest one was without.
I cannot 100% verify this is the correct location for this site yet. Will update it soon.
(note from @Fresh1170: moved site to Pen Garnwen, signal on B28 (-114dBm) seems to be very similar to O2 B20 (-116dBm) and I think 3G is still broadcasting from this site as I'm getting EARFCN 99 instead of 76 (usually standard for newer Three sites)
