The antennas for this site are on top of a very tall electrical pole next to the railroad tracks. This site is highly congested for much of the day. This is partially due to the dense shopping centers in the area and the rapidly growing neighborhoods to the southeast. T-Mobile has a building permit application in for a new site at Harmony / Ziegler which should help with the congestion woes.
