-Coverage pattern looks a bit odd; would question accuracy of location, though can't figure a better location.
-There are definitely antenna on the blue tower part of the carpark (which is where the tower is presently flagged), though we don't know for sure these are Vodafone.
-There are a lot of tall buildings nearby, of comparable height to the antenna, so maybe they're causing reflections and hence the sectors to wrap around and overlap?
