The mast, that all providers share, seen from the west at Doldenweg, in front of Vodafone's directional radio tower:
o2's antenna panels are the new ones between Telekom's eNB ID 104781 right at the top of the tower. New Huawei panels replaced old E-Plus-owned ones in late July 2019, which added Band 3 to the site. Vodafone's eNB ID 10059 sits at the second level of the tower.
