According to permit filings, this site is on a temporary monopole while a permanent tower built by Towerco 2013 is built next to the temporary site. See City of Lincoln permit filing #B2200203. As of July 2023 it looked like AT&T antennas were on the permanent site but not removed from the temporary monopole, which was also still standing.
