This Verizon monopole is located between the Gulf Shores Civic Center and Police Department. Prior to 2022, the tower also hosted Gulf Shores public safety equipment, but it was damaged in a fire in early 2022 and moved off-site. A COW was deployed in the summer of 2022 while waiting for a bird's nest to be vacated before site upgrades could be performed. This eNB showed up after upgrades were completed. The public safety antennas returned sometime afterwards.

In the spring of 2024, T-Mobile moved off the Gulf Shores water tower across Gulf Shores Parkway to this site, adding the full 5G UC setup in the process.
