Lattice tower owned by Crown Castle housing Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile antennas.
 
Capable of T-Mobile's 2.5GHz Mid-band Ultra Capacity (UC) 5G.
 
I can't give an exact date but sometime between 4/10/2022 and 4/13/2022 the Sprint antennas were removed and replaced with T-Mobile antennas and is now capable of T-Mobile's Ultra Capacity 5G.
