This tower was originally located on the map near Boulder. After searching the area via Google Earth, determined there was no tower there. It replaces 15025, which will reappear when someone actually drives by it, most likely in Fort Collins. In a different area, appx 40 miles away from the mapped location, the phone showed it was connected to 1032124. A visual search found an antenna farm, but it was not possible to get close enough to confirm the existence of a tower.
After discovering the access to the tower farm was open, I was able to walk the whole place. There's no cell tower here. Phone shows a different tower when I'm at the farm.


 
I think this is someone's booster here near where I live that I'm seeing. The numbering doesn't match that of other towers in this area.
