This tower is most likely the cell tower located on a nearby hill on North Mason Road. Google Maps estimates the address to be 88 North Mason Road, Brookline, NH 03033. I did not check 5G T-Mobile reception, but if it is 71 band then this tower 326756 should be also listed on 5G, since band 71 (~637-683MHz) is usually T-Mobile's 5G low-band.
