This is a non-concealed cell site on the roof of Compassion International, a four-story building.
Here are speed tests December 2022 using Samsung Galaxy S22 on Google Fi from the parking lot with signal strength about -60 to -65 dbm
- in NR SA mode using N41+N41: 601.39/46.69 Mbps, 72ms (test results)
- in NR NSA mode: 670.82 Mbps/97.70Mbps, 65ms (test results)
