This site is a recent (as of 7/24/2024) colocation, in March 2023 street view the tower appeared to have only one rack but by July 2024 street view you can see there are two racks.
Further, at this tower location on CoverageMap.com (FCC data), you can see on the 5G layer that there is very strong coverage within the polygon that has this tower inside of it.
Lastly, AT&T Mobility is listed on the structural analysis of a recent Verizon permit.
