This is the standard layout for 3-sector towers and most towers follow this pattern. In the case of a 2-sector tower, one cardinal direction would be omitted. Telus, or Telus Mobility, is a Canadian CDMA/UMTS/LTE provider.
3G (UMTS)
Telus has deployed 3G UMTS (DC-HSPA+) on both the CLR (850 Mhz) and PCS (1900 MHz) band.
Cell ID Layout
This is the standard layout for 3-sector towers and most towers follow this pattern. In the case of a 2-sector tower, one cardinal direction would be omitted. For example, a tower located to the east of a North-South highway might omit the Northeast sectors. There are also a handful of sites with ominidirectional antennas that only use sector IDs 10 & 20 or 10 & 30.

4G (LTE)
Telus has deployed LTE on the following bands: AWS (1700/2100 MHz, LTE Band 4), CLR (850 MHz, LTE Band 5), PCS (1900 MHz LTE Band 2), BRS (2600 MHz LTE Band 7), and 700b (700 MHz LTE Band 17).
There is also limited WCS (2300 MHz, LTE Band 40 TDD) deployment in major towns and cities. The WCS network seems to be completely separate from the rest of the LTE network, and does not broadcast the Bell network like the rest of the network does. Likewise, the CellID layout and TACs are completely different.

Notes:
- Rural LTE sites seem to be set up for Band 5/17 only, especially along the Coquihalla highway.
- Telus is still deploying 3G only sites in smaller towns as of 2016.
