T-Mobile 4G LTE V2 CellSpot. Don't attempt to pin it as sectors are in different locations as multiple CellSpots make up a "tower". Tip: From what I've seen, to identify if a signal is from a cellspot or not, the PCI values usually range from 501 to 503.
