The LTE cell sites were first seen December 2017, but as of February 2024, the "red dots" were at 25 N Spruce St, Colorado Springs, CO 80905 (Bank of Saun Juan) for an error of 2300 ft. The "red dot" for was first seen September 2021 was at Colorado Ave and I-25 with an error of 2900 ft.
