This is an AT&T cell in a clock tower where you can see an AT&T sign on the equipment, and across the parking lot are Verizon eNB 316885 T-Mobile eNB 113152. The AT&T tower was placed at the monopole, and I moved it to the clock tower. As of February 2023, the clock tower does not show on the latest Google Street View (May 2018) or Google satellite photos.
