This eNB was previously located west of Elsanor at 30°34'06.4"N 87°35'56.5"W — north of the intersection of Bailey Road and Old Spanish Trail (US-90). I'm not sure if it was mis-pinned or if AT&T simply consolidated their Elsanor sites into one location, as they have been decommissioning sites and moving sites all over southern Baldwin County for some time. It's clear from visits in March and September 2024 that the Bailey Road tower is no longer in use by any tenants and from Cellmapper data that the pinned location was no longer likely to be valid.
