This is a T-Mobile monopole on Briargate Blvd. It is missing LTE band 41, and it has no NR.

(February 24, 2023) When directly by this site, my Galaxy S22 connected for just a second to eNB 22115, but then it stuck on eNB 118309.

It's strange there is another T-Mobile site one-quarter mile away at Sunrise United Methodist. For that, see T-Mobile NR gNB 1067554.
