981008 and 981009 are the same site (same PCI, but bands 2/66 on 981008 and band 14 on 981009). Location is the Boeing facility on Tradeport Drive, but the signals make it part way up the nearby hillside where signals from macro sites are either shadowed by terrain or from several miles away.
