The topmost provider is SouthernLinc, while the lower rack is AT&T with DOD and C-band for 5G. Various other antennas on the tower are for public safety communications systems, including the Bay Minette-Daphne-Foley-Robertsdale NXDN digital trunked system, which carries police and fire communications for those cities.
