After spending quite a bit of time on 27 Nov 2021 searching for it, I concluded that this relatively-new Verizon eNB is located on top of a power transmission pole at the interchange between Leesburg Bypass Road and VA 7.

I am quite confident that I correctly identified the eNB, but it is a busy, built-up area with a lot of cell sites. There is a small chance I could have gotten it confused with another nearby unpinned eNB, but I really don't think so.
