-O2 seems to also broadcast from a site further up on the hill, I have limited information but it looks like it may be O2 only and what I assume is to be a 2G/3G only configuration (not going to have a chance to map this anytime soon though, but I will see whether I can locate it right now).

-Judging by Street View imagery, it's the mast on the left when you go up to Severn Trent's Churchdown High Level facility.
+O2 also broadcasts a 2G only signal further up on the hill, see 2G BTS 6541 (LAC 21491/21785). Not sure whether this will eventually carry 4G in some sort, covers part of the A38 towards Tewkesbury which struggles with signal.
