Pictured are two black poles, with the taller one hosting an AT&T DAS setup. Originally only the shorter pole existed but at some point AT&T came along and added the taller pole while stripping the equipment from the original pole. It's possible this entry is for the now-empty shorter pole. The current setup is likely eNB 227030-115.
