For FWA customers only. Mobile customers are barred from using this band. Not sure why the eNB ID is 8238 instead of 8800, must be an error while registering the eNB ID but this tower is located here and is not a COW.
Update: Site was originally a cow with site ID 238. When upgraded to a macro site the eNB did not change on the FWA side.
