This is a T-Mobile cell site serving the IKEA in Denver. It seems to be same location as T-Mobile eNB LTE 116883 (B2,B66) and 116884 (B41).

Speedtest Samsung Galaxy S22, February 2023, from the parking lot of the IKEA:
