This is a T-Mobile cell site hidden on top of the Walgreens at 6820 Centennial Boulevard, Colorado Springs, El Paso County, Colorado, 80919, United States

T-Mobile first seen here March 2023, so maybe it was a Sprint conversion. Also, there is an unpinned AT&T nearby.
