Dedicated T-mobile Monopole tower just south of Winn Dixie shopping center, off North Ponce de Leon Blvd (US1).

This site contains only a single antenna array, with a single sectoral antenna in the middle of each 120-degree face. It appears to serve LTE B4 only. A second single-carrier monopole is very close, within 100', but T-mobile's has the company name on its power panel.
