In the Petruskirche Lichterfelde, o2 and Telekom have antennas (not visible from the exterior) that do 3G and 4G.
On top of the "Ferdinandmarkt" shopping cart ("Einkaufscarré") opposite the Kranoldplatz, Telekom has LTE-enabled antennas, that got replaced in summer 2019 to support Band 8 and the second Band 3 carrier.

Before summer 2019 it had 6 Kathrein antenna sectors, as [[262 1 111148|eNB ID 111148]] has, so the Band 20 sectors could be turned by 60°:
