In the Petruskirche Lichterfelde, [[262 3 22649|o2]] and Telekom have antennas (not visible from the exterior), that do 3G and 4G.
On top of the "Ferdinandmarkt" shopping cart ("Einkaufscarré") opposite the Kranoldplatz, Telekom has (2G?)/3G/4G enabled antennas, that got replaced in summer 2019.

Before summer 2019 it had 6 Kathrein antenna sectors, as [[262 1 111148|eNB ID 111148]] has, so the LTE Band 20 sectors could be turned by 60°:
