This 3G/4G mast is a shared one from o2 (B20) and Deutsche Telekom (B3) and sits right beneath the Vodafone site with the massive 4G-enabled tower holding giant directional radio antennas.
The mast, that all providers share, seen from the west at Doldenweg, in front of Vodafone's directional radio tower:

o2's 3G- and 4G-enabled antenna panels are the new ones between Telekom's [[262 1 104781|eNB ID 104781]] right at the top of the tower. New Huawei panels replaced old E-Plus-owned ones in late July 2019, which added Band 3 to the site. Vodafone's [[262 2 10059|eNB ID 10059]] sits at the second level of the tower.
