This is T-Mobile UMTS on rooftop of Compassion International.

eNB 3438 was maybe broadcasting from the same location?

3G shutdown in 2022

  • On/around October 17, 2022, about half the T-Mobile UMTS sites in the city went offline, but this is one cell that continued.
  • It was working through November 1.
  • In the early morning on November 4, it was not online, but later around noon it was.
