Lattice tower owned by SBA 2012 TC ASSETS, LLC a subsidiary of SBA Communications housing Verizon and T-Mobile antennas.
Capable of T-Mobile's 2.5GHz Mid-band Ultra Capacity (UC) 5G.
According to the FCC Database the filing for T-Mobile suggests their antennas were not operational until at least April 2021 which would explain the poor signals in the area. Expect much better reception in the area as of this writing (03/29/2022).
