3/15/22 - Based on a picture received today, it appears that T-Mobile was added to the site on a new tier without removing the Sprint equipment. This does not match the permit that T-Mobile applied for. This also explains why we were still seeing full Sprint signals from the site when we expected a conversion, which is what was causing all of the confusion.

Our problem with that is that site is showing no indications it is broadcasting a T-Mobile signal. As of 3/7/2022, the Sprint site located there, which does have a permit for conversion to T-Mobile, is still broadcasting at least both B25 and B26; indicating the site has yet to be converted as the site post conversion should only be broadcasting b25 per the permit. We've reverted the location multiple times, because we are fairly confident it is not that site.
