3/15/22 - Based on a picture received today, it appears that T-Mobile was added to the site on a new tier without removing the Sprint equipment. This does not match the permit that T-Mobile applied for. This also explains why we were still seeing full Sprint signals from the site when we expected a conversion, which is what was causing all of the confusion. - dkoellerwx

Our problem with that is that said site is showing no indications it is broadcasting a T-Mobile signal. As of 3/7/2022, the Sprint site, which does have a permit for conversion to T-Mobile, is still broadcasting at least both B25 and B26; indicating the site has yet to be converted as the site post conversion should only be broadcasting b25 per the conversion permit.
