I've mapped most of this city for over 5 years for VZ/ATT/TMO. I understand that the small cells are in multiple locations. The only reason I map them is because over the years people have moved those unmapped eNBs to a cell site. At least having it pinned shows they are within that specific area. I place them on the closest small cell that the eNB shows up on cell mapper. For example, a few weeks ago someone placed a new cell tower eNB where an existing cell site is, just because they saw an unmapped eNB.

I've mapped most of this city for over 5 years for VZ/ATT/TMO. I understand that the small cells are in multiple locations. The only reason I map them is because over the years people have moved those unmapped eNBs to a cell site. At least having it pinned shows they are within that specific area. I place them on the closest small cell that the eNB shows up on cell mapper. For example, a few weeks ago someone placed a new cell tower eNB where an existing cell site is, just because they saw an unmapped eNB.
