T-Mobile operates a very large telecom facility atop the First National Bank building (215 W. Oak St). Areas to the east of downtown are only serviced by this site because of NIMBYs blocking expansion of any tower building in the area.

Visibility: This site is clearly visible from ground level near the First National Bank Building.
