This site is located on the Hainesville, IL water tower, in the lower position.
In addition to GSM 1900 services, T-Mobile also hosts UMTS 1900 and LTE (multiple bands) at this site.
The top position hosts the (legacy) Sprint equipment; though the LTE Band 41 equipment is broadcasting and is available for use on the 310-260 MCC/MNC (ie: T-Mobile).
