AT&T eNB 243389 was a cell-on-wheels site located west of East Road in St. Louis, a replacement for eNB 241214 which was located on the St. Louis Science Center building. 243389 was decommissioned after permanent eNB 241314 was constructed a few feet to the north and west of the cell-on-wheels location.
