To future mappers:

RFK Stadium will be demolished by 2021, this eNB will then either move to new location or permanently disappear. If it moves to new location, consider deleting all existing cells and remap everything. -- 05/27/2020

UPDATE: Delayed to 2022 per https://www.bizjournals.com/washington/news/2020/08/25/dc-delays-rfk-demolition.html

June 2023 UPDATE: RFK still stands, but Verizon has re-located the site to the roof of Eastern Senior High School to the west with a fully modernized site with B2, B5, B13, B48, B66, n77, and n261.
