This Verizon monopole is located between the Gulf Shores Civic Center and Police Department. Prior to 2022, the tower also hosted Gulf Shores public safety equipment, but it was damaged in a fire in early 2022 and moved off-site. A COW was deployed in the summer of 2022 while waiting for an bird's nest to be vacated before site upgrades could be performed.
