There is also limited WCS (2300 MHz, LTE Band 40 TDD) deployment in major towns and cities.  The WCS network seems to be completely separate from the rest of the LTE network, and does not broadcast the Bell network like the rest of the network does.  Likewise, the CellID layout and TACs are completely different, which results in a separate logical eNB.
