:: The issue is that the suggestions were previously dealt with on the talk page but then Dv42 came back months later trying to make the suggestions under a different account. Dv42 has been doing this on Wikipedia as well where he got banned for being a sockpuppeter as well as for edit warring, vandalism and disruptive editing amnong other violations under the accounts Dnywlsh, Dv4200 and Dv42202 as shown here: [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:LTE_frequency_bands#800MHz_ESMR Talk:LTE_frequency_bands], [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:5G_NR_frequency_bands#800MHz_ESMR Talk:5G_NR_frequency_bands] and [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Wikipedia_sockpuppets_of_Dnywlsh Category:Wikipedia_sockpuppets_of_Dnywlsh] He even went on to abuse multiple IP addresses after his accounts were banned until those IPs were blocked afterwards. He was trying to force us to change the name of band 26 even though we showed him that he was confusing the names of two bands and Jrmobility later on showed him that the cellmapper database refers to b26 as E-CLR (as shown here: [https://docs.cellmapper.net/mw/index.php?title=Talk:Spectrum_Allocation_by_Country&oldid=62946]) but months later he created another account as mentioned above to pretend to be another person to backup his suggestions as he has done on Wikipedia before he was banned. He afterward went to Reddit and started to publically lie on me on that platform. That Reddit account has since been taken down as he went on to attack others as they did not agree with some of his statements on some of the other posts on r/Cellmapper which I am sure that you as an admin can check. I really have no intentions of keeping this argument alive as you can see from the Wikipedia links above that this has been ongoing since July of this year which is why I blanked the talk pages becaue I really don't have the will power to continue dealing with him and his repetitive arguments which have been disproven on multiple occasions and would love for this to stop.
