I have absolutely no idea where this site came from. I was pretty sure I will have contact with site 209137 at the other side of the Rhine. But now I doubt that user Insomnium placed that site in the right place. Otherwise I would have reached that site on that place

I was there, it's on the correct location. Vodafone installed 2 separated Sites for GSM & UMTS long time ago.
