This peculiarly tiny cell was (re)-discovered on April 21st, 2023 near the area of El Camino Real, New Bedford Drive, and Commons Lane. I am unsure of the precise tower location, however the signal peaked to -75dbm (April 26th) when walking on a pathway in between two buildings: 7209 and 7215 Commons Circle.

With several measurements being taken over a few days, this "tower" was confirmed to be at least within the area, as it covered between Maverik's (140 Gardenia Drive) and the aforementioned offices on Commons consistently. It's hard to distinguish whether we are looking at a cell on wheels, or a microcell. Again, the strongest signal seemed to disseminate from inside one of the offices. I will continue to preform field measurements and gather some research. Speed tests with this particular tower will sometimes fail to launch, however a few successful attempts in April revealed the average to be around 23-38 Mbps download, whilst one such attempt on May 3rd netted about 56 Mbps download.

Given that the normal towers of 26947 (0.5 miles away, I-25 @ Vandehei) and 26978 (0.9 miles away, Sycamore near Gardenia and Powder-house) struggle to cover this business park, 1002820-56 helps to fill in the gaps. I am aware that a cell of the same identity was discovered in 2019, and the parent tower (1002820) also had a cell in Oregon, however, it's hard to verify this other information.
