This site actually resides at the First Congregational Church Spire/Steeple located at 10 Union St, Milford, NH 03055, not on the Town Hall Building as described.

I forgot what year this was done, but I distinctly remember the newspaper article the info was published in. I do also recall seeing a GPS antenna mounted someplace close to the steeple after the work was completed.
