PPRBD plan C197046 dated December 2024 for T-Mobile cell site 111 E. OLD BROADMOOR RD, COLORADO SPRINGS, CO, 80906. Google Maps places it down the street, but the parcel is clearly the self storage. This may be an upgrade from 4G to 5G.
