This site has a complex history.

The old configuration was analogous to another site in the area: eNB 84782, 95988, 97521. A four sector site where they do this weird split for B2/B66: Cells 1-3 are on the first eNB, 4 and 11-13 are on the second eNB, and 14 is on the third eNB but this site also had three sectors of B12 on the first eNB. In this case the three eNBs would have been 84971, 95993, and 97549.

Then, sometime between 24AUG2019 and 14SEP2019, this site was upgraded to a six sector site for B2/B66 (and B71 was added). At this point, all sectors were migrated to 84971 and the other two eNB were retired.

Most recently, sometime between 08SEP2021 and 10SEP2021, the site was upgraded with B41/n41. At this time, the two old eNBs were revived and Cells 1-6/11-16 were migrated over to 95993 while B41 went on to 97549. This leaves us with 84971 having B12/B71 and again the extra 5MHz of B2, 95993 having B2/B66, and 97549 having B41.
